Russian employers are hiring — through your agency
Cross-border recruitment runs on trust, and it is the agency that pays when trust fails: the work is done, the invoice waits, and sometimes the employer reaches the worker directly and the agency is cut out of its own deal. MigriVo removes both risks — the employer funds the deal before departure, and candidate contacts stay hidden until the deal is confirmed.
MigriVo is a marketplace, not a recruitment agency
We do not source workers ourselves and we do not compete with you for candidates. The platform connects your agency with a verified Russian employer and holds the money until the worker actually starts.
What you earn
Posting is free — nothing is charged for publishing candidates, for proposals or for views. You pay a flat fee for each worker in a confirmed deal: $300 for an Indian agency, $150 for agencies elsewhere. A deal for fifty people means fifty fees, not one.
Your own placement fee is separate and set by you — the employer pays it in full. The platform fee is not added on top of it.
From 29 September 2026 the rule is stated the other way round: the placement fee applies to agencies from every country except nine visa-free ones — Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Armenia, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Azerbaijan, Moldova and Turkmenistan. If your country is not on that list, the flat fee applies to you.
What counts as a deal
1An employer posts a request: trade, headcount, start date.
2You open the request and propose specific people at your own fee.
3The employer accepts your proposal and funds the platform.
4You confirm the candidate — this is the moment the fee arises.
5The worker travels and starts; the start is confirmed.
6You are paid: 85 % straight away, 15 % after the guarantee period.
Uploading a CV is not proposing. An uploaded person sits in your own roster; a deal begins when you open an employer's request and propose that person at your placement fee.
The visa route — and the question to ask first
Permit and quota — the employer's job
Before anyone can be invited, the employer needs a permit to employ foreign nationals and a place in the annual quota. Ask about both in the platform chat before you propose candidates: without them the deal cannot move.
Invitation and work permit
The employer obtains an invitation; the worker receives a named work permit. Documents are prepared on the platform and visible to both sides.
Visa and arrival
The worker applies for the work visa and travels. Count in months, not weeks — a seasonal peak cannot be covered through this route.
This is the one thing worth checking before anything else. An employer may post a request without holding a permit or a quota place, and candidates proposed against such a request cannot travel however good they are.
Timing and guarantees
Funds held before departure
The employer pays in advance, and the money is neither with them nor with you. If the employer walks away, nothing has to be clawed back — the funds are already on the platform.
85 % now, 15 % after 30 days
Once the start is confirmed we transfer 85 % of your fee within 10 business days. The remainder follows the 30-calendar-day guarantee period.
No-show means replacement, not loss
You propose someone else, and what was paid counts towards the replacement instead of being forfeited. A cancelled deal carries no fee at all.
What you get in the account
Bulk upload
CVs, passports and diplomas upload in batches; cards are filled in by document recognition, so nobody retypes them by hand.
Profession pools
You can commit headcount without personal data — «twenty-five welders» — and an employer requests a selection against it.
Contacts hidden until the deal
Until a deal is confirmed the employer sees no contact details of your candidates. Going around you to reach the worker directly is not possible.
Both sides are verified
The employer — for the right to employ foreign nationals and for standing; the agency — by registration documents and the licences of its country of incorporation; the candidate — against state registries. The result is visible on the card before any deal.
Work runs under the operator's public offer for service providers. It is addressed to foreign legal entities explicitly: settlement by bank transfer in the currency of the deal, records suitable for currency control, governing law Russian.
